If your device is defective or does not meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for repairs, replacements, or full refunds.

Return Process

    Initiate a Request

    Contact our technical support team via email with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Diagnostic Review

    Our engineers will review your case to determine if the issue can be resolved via remote troubleshooting or if a physical return is necessary for inspection.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Pack the printer in its original internal foam and box to prevent transit damage; please include all original accessories, cables, and tools provided in the kit.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
